Highfivery LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Lust Lab mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the App includes:
Personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, and partner's name, that you voluntarily give to us when you register with the App or when you choose to participate in various activities related to the App.
Information our servers automatically collect when you access the App, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the App.
We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's camera, microphone, storage, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.
The App allows you to create, upload, and share content, including photos, videos, and text messages ("User Content"). We prioritize your privacy. User Content shared between partners is end-to-end encrypted where possible and stored securely. We do not access your private media content unless required by law.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
The App is strictly for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
